Home Health Aides Personal Care Aides Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living. You would be following the instruction in the care plan and are supervised by a Registered Nurse.
Staff Home Health Aide This position requires an experienced HHA who is flexible to work on a variety of cases throughout the branch county.
Registered Nurses Provide skilled nursing care, wound care, clinical assessments and supervise health care staff.
Licensed Practical Nurses Provide direct care, nutritional support and medication administration.
Therapists All Therapy services focus on improving the patient’s present level of functioning.
Medical Social Worker Provide referrals to community resources and assistance to patients and/or family coping with lifestyle changes created by illeness.
Nutritionists Provide dietary counseling for patients who are assessed at risk for nutritional deficiences.
Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide Training Program This is an excellent opportunity for people who want to learn home care and work as a HHA or PCA. Candidates for this program must be available to attend a two week, full time training program. At successful completion of our course, under clinical supervision, you will be qualified to receive a NYS approved HHA certificate.
